with a state of the art multi-room sound system provides
full entertainment. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped
and the dining table comfortably seats 6-8 people.
This stunning double-aspect room is light and bright and
has views to the green and tranquil Cranmer Square. On this
floor is also a double bedroom suite with a king-bed and
an en-suite bathroom with a stall shower. There is built-in
wardrobe space and bi-fold French doors to a balcony overlooking
the courtyard and swimming pool.

Mezzazine Floor
Suspended over the living room is a mezzanine
floor with a “home office” equipped with desk,
computer and all-in-one printer/scanner/copier. Direct dial

Ground Floor
The ground floor has a smaller living room
or snug with bi-fold French doors to the north facing sunny
private enclosed courtyard and swimming pool. The courtyard
area has a dining table and seating for six people to dine
al fresco.
In additional to the television in the main living area,
there is a separate home theatre with a 50” flat screen
high definition TV, CD player and SKY HDI. The home theatre
room has a settee that converts into a queen bed permitting
this room to become a third bedroom if required.
There is a spacious double bedroom suite with king-bed,
and an en-suite bathroom with separate shower. There is
built-in wardrobe space and also direct access to a private
courtyard and the swimming pool. There is also a laundry
area equipped with a washing machine and a drier.
